Well my love and admiration is still strong and I'm still lusting over the collection. I'm yet to buy myself a piece although my birthday's coming up so it might be time to treat myself. I've been super good for what seems like forever...really:-)

Style Envy

By sheer miracle I stumbled across EmersonMade and I'm seriously wowed by the gorgeous styling and lovely apparel the business has to offer. The partnership which was formed in 2009 by Emerson Fry and husband/business partner, Ryan is making headway in the fashion-stakes. Emerson Fry who not only co-runs the business interestingly styles and models her wares as well. She's also a keen blogger and regularly posts about fashion, travel and other interesting musings. An interesting fact is that she is also formally trained as a classical painter -  I know, could she get any more amazing? You can read more here  and trust me she's very inspiring. I think I've just found my new style icon.

Mixed Beries

This morning I wish I was was wearing one of these pretty berry coloured tops. I'm actually looking for something a little more melon coloured but these pretties are just as lovely. I must be really over winter if I'm already scouring the net for something a little more lively. All of the above are available via Topshop.

One fine morning

Sometimes it doesn't take much to turn your mood around or to get inspired again. For me it was a quick stroll around my neighbourhood followed by an awesome coffee. I thought I'd gone off coffee but i think all i needed was a good one. You'd be surprised how many people have questioned whether i was pregnant. Apparently coffee isn't so appetising when you are. I guess that tells you how much I used to love my coffee. I'd also like to add that I most definitely am not pregnant thank you very much:-) Admittedly I have been feeling somewhat lackluster lately but a  little bit of vitamin D sure did make me feel better today. Getting a few rays each day lifts your endorphins so they say and I think it did add a little kick to my day. I thought I'd take a couple of shots of things i found inspiring on my travels - hope you find them enjoyable wherever you may be. Remember to smile and have a fab day!

I'm loving the T by Alexander Wang Resort 2012 collection. I'm a huge fan of the palette and the effortlessly cool style synonymous with the label. I'd love to get my hands on the grey hooded sweater (1), blue sweater (7) and indigo dress (8). The days are getting longer and I'm getting super excited for Spring. The countdown has begun now that the solstice has passed. I'm so looking forward to injecting some colour back into my wardrobe - hurry up Spring!

Anyone that knows me knows I have a serious obsession with ankle boots. The three pairs above are by Sam Edelman and are sold over at solestruck - they're seriously on my lust list. I'm opting between the first two (Petty), same style just different finish. Both, funnily enough are out of stock so I have a few days to make up my mind before they hopefully become available again. What do you guys think?

These gorgeous shades are seasonal and won't be available forever. So, to avoid disappointment snap to it and get your hands on some of these lovely metallic shades asap.

A little surprise

So this is a little something I kind of won over at Drop Dead Gorgeous Daily in conjunction with House of Zoi. I just love this House of Harlow Pendent and to be honest this little delivery came as a bit of a surprise. I have to say the guys over at House of Zoi (who sponsored the giveaway) did a superb job at contacting me and dispatching the item immediately. I literally received an email yesterday saying congrats on the win and we'll send it to you within the next few days. I haven't been paid or prompted to write this, I was just really impressed with how this all evolved and the professionalism and the friendliness of the team over at House of Zoi. On the flip side I also got stung today by a business that won't offer a refund or exchange. It's kind of funny how things work out. I won't harp on too much about that but I will say that I'm really tired of ambiguous refund/exchange policies....yawn! I think you know where I won't be shopping ever again.
